i think the sight needs more raffles or something that make the points worth something.
all they are good for now is an acational raffle and to give to peeple just cuz. perhaps if something was done to make the points worth something, the sight could make money off peeple buying point bundles.
though I completely agree with you that we need more raffles in general, the ones that do get posted, when they actually do, are not pointless. One month premium, one username change; might I remind you these are features that whomever doesn't win the raffle will have to pay for?

we've got the raffle, and i agree that there needs to be more put up more often, and they also need to be drawn on time

i don't think they need to add anything to the prizes that raffles award you. they are allready good. but why not add some stuff that preamum users don't get? it'd be a win win situation. the person gets something that no one else has, and the sight might make some cash for them to buy the points.

with the the randomiser, new anagram games, beta games, custom log in and out messages, custom board ranks and quicknote history, what else do we really need?
standard members don't get any of those things

well, maybe so. perhaps there isin't anything else that can be added. but then can we at least have more raffles? or, lose the points.
If nothing else, the points have one use: the ability to have betting games. We would lose quite a few of the games here if we took the points away. Like I said earlier, I totally agree that we need more raffles, but unless you have any new suggestions, I don't see how we can have any more besides the usual ones that get added every so often.
i think losing points would not be the best idea, because as jess said, we need them for the games.
as for more raffles, the problem their is.. they are never drawn- or they are, but like weeks after they closed. staff arn't just gonna keep putting raffles up if the admins can't draw them.

A few other ideas have been brought up before, and subsequently voted down. someone suggested they have monitary value, which was voted down because they're too easy to get. Others suggested they should be able to get you premium features for a short time, but again, unless it would cost some ridiculously high number, like 10 billion or something, it would be too easy to get. the idea of raffles eventually won because they do have a use, but only one of these features are given away per raffle, which keeps it more under control.

CLS can put them up though, so i think it's only fair they should be able to draw them.
